As an aside, whilst I’m working I’ve started leaving this game on particular scenes on another monitor, as I find that quite relaxing. In real-life I like walking and exploring off the beaten track so this has been even better for me, as often this is where the clues are and where you can gain a better sense of context. The directors commentary was interesting and useful too.
There is plenty happening in the corner of your eye though, and is rewarding for the curious. I don’t believe that it’s going to appeal to anyone who is looking for an ‘action game’, though at first I was expecting ’something’ to happen and that initially added a layer of suspense.
